The deal. By playing Singularity or Kancha — in the browser or as an Android app — you agree to these terms, published by Cyngames.

Your license. Personal, non-exclusive, revocable: play the games on devices you own, for fun. Don't copy, sell, re-host, or reverse-engineer the games or their assets. The code, art, audio, and names stay ours.

Scores and keepsakes. Scores, ranks, streaks, and collectibles have no monetary value, can't be transferred or redeemed, and may shift when we rebalance the games. Rewarded ads, where offered, grant in-game effects only.

Fair play. Don't exploit bugs, tamper with storage or traffic, or fake scores — the Daily run included. We may patch, rebalance, or reset progression to keep things fair.

As is. The games are provided as-is, without warranties, and may change, pause, or retire at any time. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us — which is zero. Local save data can be lost; sorry in advance.

Privacy. How data is handled is on the privacy page. Playing means you've read it.

Changes. We may revise these terms by posting an update here with a new date; continued play means acceptance. You can end the agreement any time by closing the tab or uninstalling the app. These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's jurisdiction.
